Phoenix has the capabilities to run the following types of moulds:

With thirty three injection moulding machines and hundreds of injection moulds, Phoenix has the capability to mould products up to about 10kg. Household items, containers, crates and chairs are the major products manufactured by injection moulding.

Blow moulding is another widely used method for producing plastic items. Phoenix currently has around one hundred blow moulds and twenty one blow moulding machines. Bottles, cans and chairs are some of the main products produced by this method.

PET moulds were introduced recently and we currently have one fully automated PET machine and eight semi automated machines. The main type of production is hot filling and around ten PET moulds are available for producing different types of bottles.
